1. 2008, Discovered a new peptides able to bind to V3 loop of HIV reverse transcriptase, successfully abrogating the latter's activity in in-vitro settings.
2. 2007, Designed a peptide bound to multidrug resistant protein P-GP, blocking the latter's drug exflux function.
3. 2006, PepMetric helped UBC scientistes design a peptide which is able to inhibit the interaction of vWF with GpIb, and can be good drug candidate treating thromboembolic situations.
4. 2004, PepMetric first in the world discovered the whole epitopome of SARS coronovirus isolated from partients. These epitopes can be used for vaccine and protective antibody development.
5. 2002~4, our chief scientist designed an active peptide complementary to procarboxypeptidase and inactivating the latter; the peptide can be developed into a drug treatment anaphylaxis and coagulation disorders.
