Pep-Hit

PepMetric has developed an unique algorithm for peptide design on principles of Complementary Hydropathy, Site Chain Interference/Steric Hindrance, α-Carbon Approach/Backbone Alignment, and Charge Transfer Capacity.

Taking advantage of this sophisticated algorithm for peptide design, the Pep-Hit plateform will generate a number of peptide candidates, based on their best fitness scores for a given aa sequence. Our experience shows peptides generated by Pep-Hit have a greater chance (>5~20 per 1000 peptide candidates) to bind to the target aa sequence.

Specifications and Applications:

Pricing:

  • Fee for peptide design: $1,000
  • Fee for peptide array: $1/amino acid residue (USD for overseas customers)
  • Calculation of number of amino acid residues: for example, to make a peptide array of 1,000 12-mer peptide candidates, the number of total amino acid residues is 1,000×12=12,000.
